Our Story
My name is Drew Gough
Founder & National Lead Mentor
Driven is on a mission to change the PT industry. I started Driven Personal Trainers in January 2022 at Club Lime Gungahlin Platinum where I PT myself and now we are nationally wide.

I set out on a mission to create better pathways, culture and mentorships for new personal trainers entering the industry to build their own successful businesses because I have seen so many good trainers leave the industry due to many factors that Driven fix.

We aim to inspire others to do better, strive to do better ourselves and create an environment and community where anyone can belong.
What is Driven?
Driven Personal Trainers is a recruitment, mentoring and managing company for new personal trainers entering the industry and for experienced trainers looking for a long term successful career in the fitness industry.

At Driven, we provide no risk careers for new personal trainers and a successful pathway for them to transition to running their own business or moving up the ranks in Driven into permanent positions.
