I fell in love in fitness back in my sporting days when I was playing elite level rugby league, I remember I was introduced to weight training and seeing results develop, physical and mental benefits and most important the way I felt made me want to help others achieve this same feeling about themselves.

I have been a personal trainer for over 5 years and i have loved every second of it. Ive helped many people change their life and the feeling is unreal A lot of people under-estimate the power off-road training can impact your life and seeing clients realise this is an incredible feeling.

Ana is a passionate fitness lover and strives to help her clients reach their goals! 


Ana understands the importance of a personalised program and caters her sessions in a way to make you feel amazing and get you the results you desire. 


She fell in love with staying active as a child. Through playing premier league soccer, competing at state level events such as, cross country and athletics. As well as, growing up in an active family who would go for 20km bike rides on the weekends. Additionally, she is a Reformers Pilates Instructor and offers pilates sessions as part of her programs if requested. 


She has a holistic approach and understands balance is the key in maintaining a healthy sustainable lifestyle.

I fell in love with all things fitness through playing rugby with teams like the raiders and brumbies!!! this is where I found my love for the gym,  I saw the physical benefits it had on me and how much better I felt throughout the day after training!


I have been in the fitness industry for a few years now and have helped multiple reach goals they thought were not possible!
